Documents which must be filed at the time of filing of the application:



1. The application form stating:

a. the applicant's full name, domicile and address;

b. the reproduction of the trademark indicating colors for which protection is sought (12+1 prints, 75 x 75 mm in size). If protection is sought for a label, it is required to submit 5 life-size labels and 5 black-and-white prints, 75 x 75 mm in size;

c. the description of the trademark;

d. the list of goods and services for which protection is sought (the goods to be covered by registration are to be classified according to the International Classification);

e. official fee payment confirmation.



Information and documents which must be filed within two months of the filing date:

1. The Power of Attorney (notarization or legalisation is not necessary). The Power of Attorney must indicate the date and place of signature, the applicant's full name and status of the signing official, and the stamp.

2. Priority data (date, No. of the initial application, the country of priority), in case the conventional priority is claimed.



Documents which must be filed within three months of the filing date:

1. The copy of the initial application.
