Documents which must be filed at the time of filing of the application:



1. The application form stating:

a. the applicant's full name, domicile and address;

b. the creator's full name, domicile and address;

c. the description of the industrial design;

d. the set of photographs or graphic reproductions of the industrial design
The reproduction must present a general view of the industrial design and the views that are necessary for getting a complete understanding of the industrial design (10 reproductions of each variant, 80 x 80 mm in size);

e. the overall plan of the article and an assembly diagram, where necessary.



Information and documents which must be filed within two months of the filing date:

1. The Power of Attorney (notarization is not necessary). The Power of Attorney must indicate the date and place of signature, the applicant's full name and status of the signing official, and the stamp.

2. Priority data (date, No. of the initial application, the country of priority), in case the conventional priority is claimed.

3. Official fee payment confirmation.



Documents which must be filed within three months of the filing date:

1. The copy of the initial application.
